Tuition is based on a ten-month academic year (August – May). Tuition is payable annually, by the semester, or monthly.
​There is no additional fee for monthly installments.

How to Apply

Thanks for seeking information about our program. Our school is licensed for ages 2yr – 6yr. We accept new students in August, January or May.
Here’s our application process to be considered for enrollment:

1. Meet with the director.

Parent(s) come in to meet with the director for 10 – 15 minutes then observe at the toddler class and/or primary class.

2. Submit Application

Parent(s) submit a completed application with child’s photo and $50 application fee.

3. Schedule Interview

Once an application is received, the school will send an acknowledgment letter by mail inviting parent(s) to schedule an interview.

4. Wait for Response

Following the interview, the school will send a wait list or acceptance letter by mail.

$50.00 Non-refundable. Non-transferable. Must accompany application.

$200.00 Deposit is due upon acceptance to the program. Non-refundable. Non-transferable. Applied toward first month tuition installment.

A LMTD is required (for new enrolling students only) and will be held in student’s account until the student is withdrawn from school. Provided written notice is received at least 30 days prior to the child’s last day of school during the academic school year (does not apply to summer school attendance), this deposit will be applied toward the student’s account for his/her last month of enrollment or refunded when all tuition and fees due the school have been paid.

$25 due with tuition payments not received in the office by the due date.

​$30 handling fee will be assessed for all checks returned to the school unpaid by your financial institution.

Initial tuition and fees installment for new school year due 07/15/2018.
Annual Payment Option: Total tuition due 07/15/2018.
Semester Payment Option: 1st half tuition due 07/15/2018. 2nd half tuition due 12/15/2018.
​Monthly Payment Option: 10 monthly installments due the 15th of each month (July through April) prior to month covered (For example: August tuition is due July 15).

A 10% discount is available to children of Calvary by the Sea Lutheran Church members

$20 an hour with written notice submitted 24-hours in advance

$15 per 15-minute increment
